Hey do y’all know that playing card and chess motifs existed for several hundred years before homestuck. I want to make sure that you know this because it’s very important to me that you know this.

This song – a piece of which would later inspire Another Medium from UNDERTALE – was based off of Doctor by George Buzinkai, who just passed away.

Doctor was my favorite song from Homestuck and my remix of it was a turning point for me as a musician.

i can say i’m not that invested in homestuck anymore all i want but the truth is, you either have never been a homestuck or are a homestuck, there is no undoing what has been done.

you think you’re a free man but then you play deltarune and suddenly your homestuck brain awakes from its fake slumber and as it points out to you that toby fox just made a spades bucket joke, you know from the very depths of your soul that you can never be free.

nobody could agree on what this stuff really meant….. but then you look at them in the context of deltarune and some of the pieces start to come together. that’s absolutely crazy dude. there was no discernable reason for these things to be in undertale because they didn’t BELONG in undertale, they belonged in DELTARUNE

did the name undertale even come first, or is undertale an anagram of delta rune to begin with? honestly fuck you toby fox
