So if you’re a dm like me, you probably want to be relatively skilled in some typical fantasy accents for your game to make things feel that much more real. So i’ve decided to throw together a little master post of “how to” videos on some various accents. This is mostly for my own reference, but if you’d like to save this for yourself too, go right ahead. Feel free to add on to this, as well!

Q Workshop’s dice kickstarter is up! I’m definitely in for at least the Halloween set, how about you?
(Plus, there’s a first-day backer bonus d6!)
I love you, random guy from the 5e Facebook group, and I love your homemade purple worm too.
Admittedly, I’d probably shit myself if that popped out of the ground
Want to use a fancy custom language for something, but don’t know how to make one?Use Vulgar!
Vulgar is a conlang (constructed/fictional language) generator created to help literally generate a language for you. No, really. No tricks, and it’s super simple to use. It’s my favourite tool right now for writing fantasy, even as someone who loves creating his own languages, it’s an amazing starting point.
Want a random conlang, straight away, with no prep or fuss? Just visit http://vulgarlang.com/index.html and click “Generate New Conlang”… and that’s it. Scroll down and through your brand new, generated, completely original conlang.
If you’re a little more advanced in terms of conlanging and want to specify IP phonemes to be used, you can add them too, but even with no knowledge of linguistics you can create a language at the click of your fingers.
This version of Vulgar is completely free, sure…. but! the guy who created it has not only made an amazing thing (which I repeat, is absolutely free at it’s most basic point), but is also planning on updating it more and more!
Under the “Buy” tab on the Vulgar website, he links to his email, where you can offer to pay for the full version of Vulgar, which is a total steal right now at a sale price of only nineteen dollars. Considering professional conlangers and linguists could charge you, like, a metric fuck ton of money for the same data you’re getting here for just nineteen, that’s a major steal.
Not to mention, buying the alpha build now gives you free access to all of it’s updated versions, which I can guarantee are just going to get better and better! I’ve already bought it and I adore it, and this is a tool the likes of which we in the conlang community have never seen in such an awesome way.
Please consider helping Vulgar out, because the creator is a damn genius
This is possibly the coolest thing I’ve ever come across
@lizawithazed
i have vulgar, and it is the best fucking thing in the world for creating conlangs. you get access to the full versions of the updates, and a 2000 word dictionary. you can even add words and choose what their conlang translation is.
i’ve created more languages than i know what to do with. the best part imo is that you can make them sound similar to actual languages, which is good if your fantasy races are based on a real life ethnic group.

Hey all! Trying to make a bunch of D&D stuff for my summer cons–something I’m calling the Summer of D&D [so creative eh?]–and I’m starting it off with some class related buttons, so here’s pt.1 of the collection!
And pt. 2! No DM button yet just because I ran out of time (wanted these done by A-Kon) but I do plan on making one, I hope you like them all!
Oath of Revolution for Paladins, 5e
Thanks to @probablysciencefictionrpgideas for making the PDFThe Paladins who choose the Oath of Revolution bind themselves to a life of fighting oppression. Often, their homeland is ruled by a cruel oppressor but sometimes they come from a country with a fair ruler and want everyone to have this opportunity. They aren’t mere revolutionaries who overthrow one dictatorship and then move on with their life. They make sure the new government is a fair one or start freeing another part of the world. Most importantly, a Paladin of the Revolution never fights alone. They rely on the help of their fellow revolutionaries, trained fighters and commoners alike.
The tenets of Revolution
The tenets of the Oath of Revolution are simple, but important.
Kindle the Revolution
Whenever I see injustice in the world, I gather supporters and fight against it
The Revolution above all else
There is nothing I wouldn’t do to give freedom to the world. I am not above espionage, deceit and assassination. Casualties, though tragic, are necessary for the greater good.
Preserve the Revolution
I do not let another oppressor take over after my work is done. I help the people to establish a just government
Oath of the Revolution features
Level 3: Oath Spells, Channel Divinity
Level 7: Aura of Rebellion(10 ft.)
Level 15: Spirit of the Revolution
Level 18: Aura of Rebellion(30 ft.)
Level 20: Icon of the Revolution

You gain oath spells at the paladin levels listed in the Oath of Revolution Spells table. See the Sacred Oath class feature for how oath spells work.
Level 3:
Bane, Goodberry
Level 5:
Aid, Enthrall
Level 9:
Beacon of Hope, Crusader’s Mantle
Level 13:
Aura of Life, Mordekainen’s Private Sanctum
Level 17:
Mass Cure Wounds, Circle of Power
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options. See the Sacred Oath class feature for how Channel Divinity works.
Protect the meek You can use your Channel Divinity to protect those who fight by your side. As an action, 1d10 allies of your choice within 30 ft. gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier + half your level (Minimum of 1)
Fight the strong You can use your Channel Divinity to strike fear into the heart of those who fight for the oppressors. As a bonus action, choose a number of enemies equal to or less than your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) who have to make a Wisdom Saving Throw or be frightened for 1 Minute. They can repeat the saving throw on each of their turns as a bonus action.
Aura of Rebellion
Starting at 7th level, your presence on the battlefield inspires hope to hit even the most armored foes. You and all allies within 10ft. Gain a bonus to weapon attack rolls equal to your Charisma modifier. On level 18 the range increases to 30 ft.
Spirit of the Revolution
Starting at 15th level, simple Soldiers have problems wounding you. You have resistance to damage dealt by a humanoid with a CR lower than your Level
Icon of the Revolution
At 20th level, you can turn yourself into the Icon of the Revolution. As an action, you transform yourself and take an appearance of your choice. Additionally you gain the following benefits
- Every non-hostile humanoid within 30 ft. with a CR equal to or less than 10 gains immunity to all damage and advantage on all attack rolls
- Every creature that hits you with an attack must succeed on a Wisdom Saving Throw or be frightened until the end of their next turn.
The transformation lasts for 1 hour or until you fall unconscious. Once you use this feature you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
